Tony Hertz

Tony Hertz has 25 years experience as a professional photographer - of which ten years were daily newspaper photography. He shares his time doing Landscape and Corporate/Editorial photography. His work has been published throughout the world in magazines, newspapers, educational books, postcards and novelty materials.

He lives on the Central California Coast near San Luis Obispo and is a part-time instructor of photography at Cuesta College. He has also taught photography and Adobe Photoshop part-time at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo since 1993. At that time he began working with Photoshop version 2.0.

As a photographer and digital consultant he worked as an assistant instructor at the Lepp Institute of Digital Imaging, and has assisted with Photoshop workshops for Photo Marketing Association’s annual convention.

Tony is a contributor and moderator at ProPhotoResource.com and has also authored an ebook “Photoshop Encyclopedia” which is offered through the PMA website and here. He also maintains Photoshop-Help a website that features helpful information, tips, Photoshop Crossword puzzles and tutorials for Photoshop users.

Awards for his work include the International Photography Awards, National Press Photographer's Association and the Associated Press.
